MeraJob Platform is an integrated recruitment ecosystem designed to connect employers, consultants, and candidates through AI-driven candidate-job matching, automated communication, and private talent pool management. It simplifies recruitment workflows, enabling end-to-end hiring collaboration.
Objective
To build a robust recruitment platform that automates hiring processes through intelligent matching, contextual communication, and centralized collaboration between employers, consultants, and candidates.

My Role
As a key developer for MeraJob India, I contributed to building a scalable job portal serving 25M+ job seekers and 20,000 recruiters/consultants. I developed core modules including Job Posting, Job Search, Job Marketplace, and ATS, and implemented a matching search algorithm to connect candidates with relevant jobs efficiently. I also built automated communication workflows for emails and SMS, optimized MySQL & SQLite databases, and assisted in task allocation and project coordination, ensuring smooth delivery and system performance. My work helped streamline recruitment processes and enhance both candidate and recruiter experience.
